Camellia Sasanqua is a species of flowering plant in the family Theaceae and is native to China, Japan and parts of south east Asia. It produces a profusion of brightly coloured flowers throughout the autumn and winter seasons. The tea made from the petals of the camellia sasanqua has been around for generations, with the leaves being steamed, boiled and dried for tea production.
