Darth Maul is a Sith warrior from the Star Wars prequel trilogy. He is the main antagonist of Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, making his first appearance when he arrives to end the Trade Federation blockade of Naboo. While Darth Maul is eventually killed by Obi-Wan Kenobi, he becomes a powerful symbol of the Sith resurgence.
