Emperor Pilaf is the head of the evil Pilaf Gang in the Dragon Ball series, who is determined to own the seven Dragon Balls. He is a humorous and oftentimes naive individual, but his ambition and willingness to succeed at any cost makes him a formidable opponent. He is voiced by the legendary Japanese actor and comedian Kōichi Yamadera.
