Julie and The Phantoms takes place in present day Los Angeles and follows Julie, a teenage girl who's trying to cope with the death of her mother while struggling to stay connected to her musical passion. Alongside her best friends — the Phantoms, a boy band comprised of three ghostly teens — Julie discovers how powerful music can be, and learns the lessons of life, love and heartbreak.
