How do I make Wallpaper Engine wallpapers?
Open Wallpaper Engine → Wallpaper Editor. Pick the type: Video (drop in an MP4), Web (point at an HTML file), or Scene (their built-in particle/effect editor). Once done, Publish → Steam Workshop to share.
