Add a text or logo watermark to any photo to discourage unauthorised use. Adjustable opacity, position (corner, centre, full-image tile), size, and rotation. Free for single-watermark; premium for batch and saved branding presets.

Watermark patterns

• Corner mark: small, in a corner. Subtle but easily cropped.
• Centre mark: harder to crop. More visually intrusive.
• Tile pattern: repeated across the image. Maximum protection but visually disruptive.
• Diagonal stripe: rotated text crossing the image. Common for proofs and previews.

Text vs logo

Text watermarks (your name, your URL) are quickest to set up and clear about ownership. Logo watermarks (your branded mark) reinforce identity and look more polished. The logo path requires a transparent PNG of your mark; we can convert your logo with Transparent PNG Maker if needed.

Best practices

1. Opacity 30–50% is the sweet spot — visible but not visually destructive.
2. Place in busy regions if possible — easier to crop watermarks out of plain sky areas.
3. Tile or centre for maximum protection; corner for portfolio polish.
4. Use a contrasting colour against the photo's predominant tones — white watermarks vanish on bright photos.
